Who we are
ACI Security Solutions ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form we collect your name, job title, organisation, work email, phone number and any details you choose to share about your requirements. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and provide quotes.
Client portal
If your organisation has a support contract, we hold the names, work contact details and login records of the people you authorise to use our client portal, along with support tickets, site and equipment information. We use this to deliver the contracted services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as required for warranty, maintenance and legal purposes.
Cookies
This site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (security tokens for forms and keeping portal users signed in). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
